We have room B4 for rent for $699 per month and all bills paid, including gigabyte Internet, garden care, and cleaning service for common areas! The room shares the bathroom with only one other person.

The room is in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in the heart of the Delwood neighborhood with hardwood and tile floors, large open kitchen, lots of windows, living room, large backyard, and in-unit washer and dryer. Hot water on demand means you don’t run out. Sorry, pets are not allowed. One person per room. You rent the room and share the common areas with other tenants from month to month.

$699 monthly rent – all bills paid.
$699 deposit.
$30 application fee
