We have room for rent in a house (911 Brass Street – Unit A2) for $450 per month + $49 for all bills included. Month to month lease but you can lease indefinitely. Rent and amenities includes: Gigabyte internet, yard service, washer and dryer, maid service once per week to clean the shared areas. Sorry, no pets. One person per room.

Fees:

$450 Monthly Rent + $49 for all bills paid.
$450 deposit.
$30 Application Fee.
