Hello everyone,

We have a room for rent (Unit A6): $499/rent + $49 including all bills. Month to month lease but you can lease indefinitely. Total rate of $499 + $49 for all bills includes: Gigabyte internet, yard service, washer and dryer, ceiling fan, wood floors and maid service once per month to clean the shared areas.

**Sorry, pets are not allowed. One person per room. You rent the room and share the common areas.

$499 monthly rent + $49 for all bills.
$499 deposit.
$30 application fee
